Brian and his Auntie Marla had a special relationship. On the occasion of his 13th birthday, Brian chose to honor her memory by creating the charity he named “Stick Up To Cancer”.

I am focusing on kidney cancer because my aunt Marla passed away from this disease back in 2015. At first, I raised money for The Marla Fund in order to give back to her school where she was a first grade teacher. As a result of my fundraising, we were able to renovate her school library. I am now turning my focus directly towards kidney cancer research as I hope to fund trials and treatments so that nobody else goes through what my aunt did.
